Following the meeting held at the Beambridge Inn back in November 2024, we are pleased to report that there is now a Welly2Wivey Green Corridor website.  The website includes information about the proposed wildlife corridor, maps, including iNaturalist, and useful links. There is also a forum where people can contribute to the discussion.

If you are not familiar with the concept, the idea is to create a wildlife/green corridor connecting the towns of Wellington & Wiveliscombe. It will also be a way of connecting organisations and communities in the two towns and all the settlements between. The Wellington Green Corridor, which is established, will form part of this larger plan. Transition Town Wellington is supporting this initiative.
