Our excellent Wellington Town Council has now created a Climate Action page on the council’s website. This explains some of the things that the council has been doing to help the climate. Some of those include tree planting, changing some of the council vehicles to electric, Councillors going paperless and developing a local cycling and walking infrastructure plan.

In addition there are sections on the page with information that we can all take on board. These include subjects such as food, energy, travel and sustainability.

It is great that the council has taken the time and effort to put this page together. It is well worth a visit.
