Many people enjoyed the first TTW tree walk which we held at the end of December 2024. Following that we have had a positive ‘treenami’ with a total of 60 trees now nominated. As a result a lot of work has been done devising more walks and we now have a colourful Tree Walk map. This identifies six colour coded walks. The map is on the tree page, and there is also a paper version. This has been quite a project and we hope people will enjoy using this map. We will organise group walks from time to time, but of course people can also follow the walks individually.

The first of these new organised walks will take place this Saturday, 24 May 2025. We will meet at the entrance to the cemetery at Hilly Head (W3W- mixed.wonderful.scorching) at 10am. This time we will be following the orange walk on the map. It is expected that it will take about 2.5 hours and then conclude with refreshments at Flip’s Eco Lodge on Foxdown Hill. All are welcome, especially if you love trees!
