Right to Grow movie
In May of this year, we reported that the London Assembly had recommended Right to Grow (RTG). This is an initiative started by the Incredible Edible organisation. The idea is that parcels of land that currently have to be maintained by the local authority should be made available to community groups to grow fruit and vegetables. This short movie (just over six minutes), explains a more about this idea and shows some examples of RTG in action. The movie has been created by Sheffield University and Research England. There is also more information on RTG on our food page.
